Book Jar‘s support for Love 21 Foundation, gives youngsters with Down Syndrome in Hong Kong the opportunity to experience this healthy lifestyle through team sports!

What is Book Jar?

The Book Jar is a “publishing company with a heart” – 100% of their profits made from sales go to supporting Love 21 Foundation. Through The Book Jar website you can buy children’s storybooks, toys, stationary, apparel and more. The founders are a loving couple, Jeff and Juliana Rotmeyer, who began The Book Jar in May 2015 in an effort to make a difference in this world. As Gandhi once said “in a gentle way you can shake the world.”

What is Love 21 Foundation?

Love 21 Foundation is a registered charity in Hong Kong focused on creating sports programs for young people with Down Syndrome and autism. This foundation was made to help these youngsters build a healthy lifestyle and benefit from participating in team sports; which can help develop a sense of respect, communication, bonds, and more. The programs are based on Love 21 Foundation’s eight year track record and the methods used are established by skilled teachers. In the future they look to initiate a series of programs beginning with football and nutrition. These educational and fun courses are ordinarily conducted in English and free to anyone ready to commit to regular participation.
