If you’re craving Japanese, Spanish or Peruvian cuisines, find all three at Mercedes me this Sunday. Known for its innovative fusion dining, Chef Edgar brings the week day classics to the weekend. Choose from three buffet style stations that are brimming with freshly baked pastries and croissants, light salads and small tapas styled bites with cold cuts, picked veg and cured seafood. You can’t go wrong when there’s a “eggs cooked a-la-minute” station, either. Select a variety of toppings for an egg-cellent starter (sorry, we couldn’t resist!)! Next, order from its specially curated main course menu where you can order the likes of Australian Aged Wagyu Skirt with Shiso-churri or Grilled Tiger Prawn with Miso Butter to name a few. Kids and parents alike won’t be able to get enough of the infamous Sobrassada and Mozzarella Bikinis – essentially an elevated version of a grilled cheese sandwich in finger sized bites. End the meal with a selection of desserts including fairy floss for the kiddos! The perfect ending to any great brunch, in our opinion.
