Join Flex Studio in celebrating their tenth anniversary as they support Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation with an action-packed Yoga and Wellness Festival! Cyberport Podium will be transformed entirely into a family-friendly haven for all yogis young and old. Mamas and bubs can try their hand at yoga slacklining, AcroYoga, dance and movement classes, art and crafts with the chance to catch special guests YogaSlackers in action.

A wide range of food vendors will also be on hand to dish up plenty of nutricious and delicious meals and drinks, a great opportunity to learn a little more about living a healthy lifestyle mama!

Event Price

Admission to the festival is free and all classes require bookings, ranging in price from $100 for children’s yoga classes, to $390 for YogaSlacker 90-minute workshops.
