Les Mills BORN TO MOVE™ is an exciting new series of fitness classes for young people and it’s finally coming to Hong Kong! Spotlight Studio will be launching this fun program at Flex Studio HK with a week-long summer camp!

Class times:
2-2.50pm – ages 4-5
3-3.50pm – ages 6-7
4-4.50pm – ages 8-12
