Urban Farming For Kids Workshop With Garage Society

Take the first step this summer towards learning more about how your food is grown, and learn practical tips to make more healthy eating choices!

Bring the family to Rooftop Republic’s Urban Farming for Kids workshop. You will get to enjoy hands-on activities, transplanting and harvesting, and every participant will get to make their own seed pot to grow!

There will also be a special guest – Martina Bin – Health Coach and Director of Eat FRESH, an organic e-GreenGrocery delivery. Martina will be leading a demo on how to enjoy seasonal veggies and herbs, as well as providing some practical tips and a tasting session to both parents and kids alike on how to eat healthy in a busy city like Hong Kong!
