We recently tried the new risotto menu at Italian neighbourhood bistro Opera House, and it’s definitely a must-try! The four different risottos are a tribute to four different regions in Italy and while vastly different, are all tried-and-true delicious! Our favourite had to be the black ink risotto with Sicilian prawns, but we also had to give the chef props for creating a strawberry-flavoured risotto that is surprisingly tasty. Check out our Date Night review of Opera House here!
