From sushi-making workshop to mental health webinar and online storytime, here’s our pick of the best free activities to do with the kids this January without having to leave your couch.
Handling Pressure And Stress
Being a mama can often be overwhelming and stressful, whether the stress is from a neverending pile of work or lousy kids. At the same time, being a kid nowadays may also be quite tough, given the immense academic pressure and societal expectations. As we welcome 2021, we need to continue to look after our wellbeing consciously and mindfully. This month, Stratus Coaching is hosting a webinar on identifying the triggers of and ways to mitigate stress. To raise awareness of mental health, the session is perfect for mamas looking to tackle everyday pressure and teenagers who are welcoming a new school term. Click here to sign up!
