Get it right, get it tight!
Let’s get straight to the point, mamas. Our lives are busy. Between our kiddos schedules, work commitments, and other errands, the last thing that usually goes is our workout regime. For those of us who need a bit of motivation towards our fitness goals or are looking for a challenge to our existing work out programme, we hear you.
Besides getting in the best shape for health and wellness reasons, we’ve been on the lookout for a gym that believes in a holistic fitness approach that targets strength conditioning, nutrition and recovery. The Warrior Academy is the first of its kind that encompasses these values. The fully equipped 7,000 square foot space with a dedicated strength and conditioning facilities, martial arts zone and an in-house coffee and health bar, The Elephas, you can reach all your health goals in one place.
Led by an internationally accredited coaching team you can trust – workout goers are in good hands with the experienced coaches. The services include personal training, fully guided small group workouts, martial arts group classes, mothers and babies’ classes, nutrition planning, customised meal preparation, transformation programmes and free educational workshops… there is something for everyone regardless of ability or experience at Warrior Academy.
We’ve partnered with The Warrior Academy to bring one lucky winner a spot at the successful and effective Lean & Mean Mentorship Program that runs for two months. It includes 4 classes a week at the 6:15am, 7:15am or 9:15am classes (get your workout out of the way at the start of the day!), 2 group classes a week from the class options, 1 nutrition consultation with the head coaches, Trish Yap and Sarah Ho, plus 2 meals and 1 shake from The Elephas.
The Lean & Mean Program is designed for anyone wanting to kick-start a fitness regime, get back into shape or to challenge themselves. Popular with mums whose goal is to get back into pre-baby shape, the program is overseen by co-founder and MMA competitor, Trish, who has plenty of experience in female fitness. Trish and her team take women of all abilities through the basics of exercising first (aka creating a strong fitness foundation) before moving towards challenging workouts which means you will learn to lift properly and safely to give you confidence to continue your health goals for the long run.
So, if you’re looking to increase energy levels and self-confidence, manage stress, train effectively, decrease muscle imbalances and achieve body fat loss – make sure to sign up for a giveaway to give yourself a boost. Trust us mamas, your body will thank you for it.
