Most hospitals and clinics, including public ones, offer their own antenatal classes. Check your obstetrician or public healthcare provider during your next prenatal visit. Classes are recommended after 28 weeks of pregnancy and tend to fill up quickly, so make sure you book early. Don’t forget to breathe, mama – you’ve got this!
