The Easter bunny is hip, hip, hippity-hopping into town and while there’ll be plenty of chocolate workshops, egg hunts and Easter parties to attend, the Easter holidays are also a great time for your kids to pick up a new skill and make some new friends! Creative Classes

Bespoke Tuition Writing Courses
Kids can hone their creative writing skills at this workshop taught by Libby, a qualified teacher from the UK and Head of the English Department at Concordia International School. Suitable for kids ages 7-11 years old, the workshop starts with ice breaker activities and moves on to basic literary techniques, a brainstorming session, and of course, writing a full short story! Students will have a chance to share their story with their classmates and get feedback at the end of the class. If you can’t make it for Easter, don’t worry, as Bespoke Tuition is able to put on the class at any time with a minimum of six pupils.

Junior Hotelier Program at Sheraton Macao
Your kids may be too young to know exactly what they want to be when they grow up, but it’s never too early to start learning basic skills! Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central is launching its Junior Hotelier program over the Easter holidays, where kids can learn about operating a hotel while having tons of fun along the way. The weekend programs continuing through 28 June give kids ages 4 to 12 years old the opportunity to learn firsthand what it takes to run a hotel while meeting and learning from the hotel’s culinary team, front desk and housekeeping staff. They’ll take on fun roles such as Junior Barman or Junior Chef, Junior Agent and Junior Housekeeper, and will love role-playing in a real-time environment! At the end of the program, they’ll receive a special certificate and Junior Hotelier Passport!

Enroll in this 4-day Easter camp from Noah’s Ark, where kids will learn all about the concept of upcycling and how to cherish and sustain our environment. This is a great chance to get kids thinking about the value of the world around them and how to treasure natural resources – it’s never too early! hey will learn to cherish and sustain all tiny and valuable resources on Earth and will be able to take environmental protection in action and harmonize it in life. The 4-day camp also includes art, science, music and cookery classes and all programmes are in both Cantonese and English.

First Code Academy
Do you have a budding programmer at home? Coding programmes for kids are far and few-between in Hong Kong, and that’s why we love First Code Academy for kids who are keen in learning more about the digital age! Their Easter programme features their flagship AppJamming workshop, tailor-made for upper primary school and junior secondary students. Students will learn the fundamental concepts of programming through a mixture of group activities and be able to create apps hands-on! If your kids love it, they can pick up where they left off during the summer programme or at one of the regular semester classes. Suitable for kids ages 9 to 11 years old.

Easter at CDNIS

Learn Mandarin the fun way at this established language learning centre that’s calling in all the stops for a fun-filled Easter camp. The YMCA is always a great option for enrolling kids in new and exciting activities, and they’re bringing back many of their popular Easter camps & workshops to get kids’ muscles and creative juices flowing. We’re loving the sound of the Jungle Adventure Camp which includes sport climbing, mini soccer and bowling, as well as cookery, English workshops and creative arts (depending on individual programme). Jungle Adventure is available at YMCA as well as Hong Kong Football Club and Mariners’ Club so you’re sure to find a programme near you!

Float Plus Swimming
Is your tot getting to grips with the pool? Get your water baby familiar with the four basic swimming strokes, breathing techniques and pool games this Easter.
