This summer, La Paloma is bringing together the city’s leading chefs to create some delicious giant fusion paellas (we’re talking British-Spanish, Peruvian-Spanish, and other combos!). Whether you’re a fan of the classics (lobster seafood paella anyone?) or feeling adventurous, the restaurant’s offerings will definitely not disappoint.
