It’s Mid-Autumn festival again soon! What better way to celebrate than to learn how to make traditional mooncakes with Chef Colin Wong? You’ll leave the class with four mooncakes – two with lotus seed paste and double salted egg yolk, one with red bean paste and one with five nuts (the most complex combination of all!). Treat your friends and loved ones to your own mooncakes when you get together to enjoy the full moon!
