Brimming with fresh and filling flavours, this delectable treat features a minced, free-range chicken thigh, deliciously stuffed with mozzarella cheese and chopped fresh basil. That’s not all – adding to the magic is the fresh thyme and lemon zest seasoning, charred bell peppers toppings, all served on a bed of rocket in a honey-mustard smeared bun… Yum.
The best part? The Molten Chick will be served in 5 locations of the restaurant in Wan Chai, Tsim Tsa Tsui, Central and more!
