In support of the Move it for Mental Health campaign 2020, H-Kore will be running a variety of charity classes in February, to raise awareness of the importance of exercise and mental health. From yoga to meditation classes, there’s something for everyone! All proceeds will be donated to Mind HK, a local charity to facilitate and support mental health awareness.
The charity classes will run as follows:
- Tuesday, 11 February, 7:30pm to 8:30pm – Yoga Flow
- Thursday, 20 February, 7pm to 8pm – Yoga Flow
- Friday, 28 February, 10:45am to 11:45 am – Yoga Sculpt
