We’ve got the musical and crafty ones covered! Being part of their Family Series and highlighting the convergence of Western and Chinese music, six local musicians from Premiere Performances will tell the story behind the Dragon Boat Festival and the Chinese patriotic poet Qu Yuan through a mix of chamber music and bilingual narration (English and Cantonese by local celebrity Gregory Rivers). There will also be a Paper Dragon Boat-making workshop before each performance, so there’s sure to be something for everyone in the family.
