360° with Benjamin Degenhardt

As part of Flex Studio’s ongoing journey to introduce Hong Kong to the best talent from the fitness world, they have the freshest new voice on the Pilates scene joining them for five amazing days of instructor training and master classes.

Benjamin will present a series of master classes on both Pilates Mat and Allegro (reformer), host a lecture on the history of Contrology, and lead an extensive Teacher Training program focusing on Classical repertoire and progressions on the Reformer, Cadillac and Barrels, Mat and the Pilates Chairs. As an additional bonus, Benjamin will lead an Upright Pilates workshop, which will get you up onto your feet to learn the benefits of this rarely taught form of Pilates that seeps into our every day lives outside the studio.
