AntiGravity For Kids

Yoga Room is offering classes specifically designed for kids aged 7 to 15 years classes this summer! No AntiGravity experience required at all as kids will learn to use the AntiGravity hammocks, explore different postures, and learn about mindfulness. This will do them a great deal of help in the future as well as is a great method to help them let go right before school starts!
