Organised by Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation (HKYAF), HK Urban Canvas is a community art pproject that has created over 62 shopfront shutter artworks in 6 districts celebrating Hong Kong’s local history and collective memories. This year, it’s visiting Ap Lei Chau and Kowloon City to explore the local food culture, history, and find out how the traditional neighbourhood shops have adapted over time. Make sure to head Southside and to Kowloon City to enjoy the 22 new shopfront shutter artworks created by 9 groups of local artists. You can find out more here.
