If you’ve made a vow to actually stick to your resolutions and be a little more active in 2018, then check out the Inov-8 Lantau Ladies Trail Running Race! Aiming to encourage more women to get involved in trail running, the 20km race will follow through Mui Wo, Lantau Trail, Chi Ma Wan Pennisular and Shap Long Villige; showing off the natural beauty of the area along the way, before finishing up back in Mui Wo.
