KIN HONG Seafood Festival 2017

The second Kin Hong Seafood Festival is back again this year! Organized by the Ocean Recovery Alliance, a Hong Kong non-profit organisation, multiple restaurants across Hong Kong will be serving internationally recognised certified seafood. “Kin hong” in Chinese means healthy, but we often forget about the healthy process of fishing or cultivation. The restaurants will also put the MSC and ASC Ecolabels on the seafood they serve so you’ll be able to know whether or not the seafood served is on the WWF “Ocean Friendly” list!

Spanning over 100 restaurants and F&B organisations, this festival will have a lot of exposure. Look forward to feasting on sustainable seafood dishes for the whole month of September!
