Michelin-starred chefs Haikal Johari and Laurent Peugeot will join forces to bring diners a special dinner that pulls French, Japanese and Spanish cuisine together. Executive Chef Haikal Johari of one-Michelin-starred restaurant Alma by Juan Amador is famous for his brand of European cuisine with an Asian twist. Chef Laurent Peugeot takes inspiration from his time journeying in Japan and Southeast Asia. He has concocted an internationally known hybrid of French and Asian cooking.
