Parents are to complete the Application form found on the Kellett school website. Additional to the application form, a copy of the applicants birth certificate/passport page is needed along with one passport size photo, a copy of the applicants school reports for the past 2 years and a cheque to cover application and assessment fees. Once these are provided, applications will be acknowledged in writing.
