The Clipper nails just what people want, when they want it: fabulous breakfast buffet and eggs cooked to order; a selection of dim sum; an excellent a la carte menu, salads, and people-watching year-round. The menu is beloved by locals, many of whom have been coming for here since they were kids, and the service is really spot-on, with helpful, attitude-free staff, that reflects the pedigree of this Hong Kong institution.  It’s a great place for brunch with the family – especially on special occasions.
