Drawing inspiration from the Italian coastline and headed by Italian-born Chef Michel Degli Agosti, Amalfitana relies on traditional methods and ingredients but caters for a modern palette. We love its signature Amalfitana (Mozzarella, Buffalo Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes, Porcini Mushroom, Parma Ham and Rocket) and the Napoli (Mozzarella, Anchovies, Capers, Black Olives, Oregano). The restaurant also serves a Calzone and a pizza inspired by Carbonara (served with Mozzarella, Pork Cheek, Pecorino, Parmesan and Egg).
