One of Hong Kong’s best new restaurants of 2016 according to CNN, Mercedes me is a blend of unique culinary experience along with a sophisticated vehicle presentation. You walk in to the small, but sleek showroom at the entrance (complete with a Mercedes F1 race car!) and into the spacious dining area and bar with a grey and black palette for the Mercedes touch, the addition of wooden and leather seating creating a warm and cosy vibe. The Japanese and Western fusion menu is delicious and full of fresh, sustainable ingredients, prepared with open fire techniques.
