With towering view of the city, Brasserie on the Eighth boasts chef Nicholini’s Northern Italian fare, complete with homemade pastas and ultra fresh produce. Take your pick of an extensive and extravagant international buffet that boasts an Indian curry counter, carvery, live cooking station, fresh seafood on ice as well as mouth-watering desserts. Well known for its desirable rooftop views and delicious eats, CÉ LA VI’s Asian-inspired brunch is top of the list for celebratory bashes and commemorative moments. Fill up on platter of Makimono, slow grilled skewers, Misoyaki Black Cod and lava-like matcha tarts, sipping on bubbly and cocktails as you go.
