Time for some stretches! Designed to help you find your inner balance and feel more grounded, this 75-minute workshop includes a short meditation as well as a dynamic yoga practice. The beginner-friendly session will be held online, making it for the little ones to join at home! To support medical workers, proceeds from this events will go to Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong‘s COVID-19 Emergency Resilience Fund.
