We’re always up for anything to do with healthy eating, natural ingredients and sustainability! BEDU has launched a new ‘conscious-eating’ series, “Dinner with Corey”, with Head Chef Corey Riches. In partnership with New Zealand supplier 178 Degrees, the dinners will make use of natural resources and high-quality ingredients to showcase the best of New Zealand’s sustainable seafood. The “Sea the Future” six dish meal features dishes such as safely harvested roasted cloudy bay clams and pastirma crumb and charred black lip abalone with spiced spinach purée and crispy kale, sourced from an ASC certified farm.
