Created and conducted by French photographer Camille Levert, this workshop consists of 12 one-hour sessions. Here your child will creatively explore still life and portrait photography, with different techniques addressed in a simple and original manner (how to make a mini studio, a backdrop stand, how to reflect the light, what is a photo-collage, how to embroid on a photograph…).
The materials are suitable for young kids, and even sometimes made by them with paper and cardboard. Your child will mostly work independently, but also with a team on some occasions, such as for portraits, or a shoot in front of a backdrop. A collective artwork is also scheduled.
A selection of artists and their work will be briefly presented throughout the workshop, and some sessions might be inspired by their artwork. The workshop includes the preparation of an exhibition, in late June, and unique finished work to take home and treasure.
