Harrow International School Hong Kong Celebrates Outstanding A Level Results In 2026

In yet another year of academic excellence – leading to outstanding university destinations – Harrow International School Hong Kong celebrates the achievements of its Sixth Form students in their 2026 A Level exams. 75% of its students were awarded A*A and 34% got the highest grade of A*. This year’s cohort also received the highest proportion of A*-B grades in the school’s history, excelling across STEM, humanities and arts subjects. 10 pupils achieved 4 A*, with several adding a fifth A* in their Extended Project Qualification. Several of these students will now be going on to study at Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, UCL, HKU, CUHK and other first-class universities, pursuing a diverse range of degrees.

Kellett School To Open A New Sixth Form Centre

Kellett School, a British international school with campuses in Pok Fu Lam and Kowloon Bay, has just announced the opening of a new dedicated Sixth Form Centre. It will have university-style facilities, over a dozen classrooms and study areas, a small lecture theatre, exams rooms, counselling rooms and social spaces where its students can thrive both academically and socially. It will be located on Kai Cheung Road and connected by a footbridge to Kellett’s KLB campus.

ESF Transitions From ‘ESF App’ To ‘ESF Hub’

Earlier this month, the ESF App was switched off and all parent and student data is being migrated to a new app. Parents have to download the new ESF Hub app (they can also register via the web portal in their browser) which is now the one-stop destination for all school information and communication. The early days of this app rollout saw some complications and an interface that wasn’t overly user-friendly, but those wrinkles have since been ironed out and it has become easier than ever to access all the information pertaining to your children’s schooling.

Hong Kong IB Results 2026 Are Out

The 2026 IB results are here, with Hong Kong international schools beginning to share average scores, pass rates and top student achievements. So far, 63 students across Hong Kong have achieved a perfect score of 45. As results continue to be released, parents should look beyond the highest scores and consider cohort size, school culture and whether the IB is the right fit for their child.

The international school in Sai Kung has just announced that a brand-new optional bespoke Reggio-inspired programme has joined the lineup of after-school activities for its Pre-K students. The Maker’s Atelier is a series of six hands-on sensory inquiry modules, held in afternoon sessions over the course of the year, that encourage little ones’ natural curiosity and love of getting their hands dirty. ESF Becomes A Through-Train Model With A Guaranteed Pathway From K1 To Year 13

Big news for ESF applicants! Starting from the 2027/28 academic year, children entering an ESF kindergarten will be offered a guaranteed pathway to an associated ESF school. The foundation becoming a through-train model means less uncertainty around key transition years, allowing you more confidence when planning for your family knowing your child’s academic future is mapped out. West Kowloon Kindergarten will become an associated kindergarten of Kennedy School, creating a pathway from K1 to West Island School. Meanwhile children at Hillside International Kindergarten will have a place at Glenealy, Peak or Bradbury, before continuing to Island or South Island School.
