Feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? Find out how you can use art to soothe negative emotions through family-friendly craft workshops (think Zentangle drawing and Pastel Nagomi art), laughter yoga, gallery tours and more. All activities will be supported by a number of non-profit organisations and service institutes, including the Institute of Mental Health Castle Peak Hospital, Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong and Jockey Club TourHeart Project.
