Flex Kids & Teens Open House

Get the little ones to sweat a little at Flex Studio’s open house for free! If being on air sounds like something your kid would enjoy, check out the Aerial ‘Just Kids Intro’ class (ages 6-8) or the Aerial Suspension Fitness Pre-Teens workshop (ages 9-11). For those aged 11 and above, the Aerial Fitness Performance (ages 11+) and Teen Pilates (ages 11+) trial classes are great for getting the kids moving!
