Flexteen Open House: Free Yoga Classes for Teenagers at Flex Studio

Flex Studio will be holding an open house on 1 April 2017 for teens to try out different yoga classes and other activities. There’ll be different classes offered that day between 1:00pm to 3:30pm for kids aged 6 and up – so there’s a class for every member of the family.

As a bonus,there will be gift bags and complimentary postural screenings!
