Hong Kong International Literary Festival

The Hong Kong International Literary Festival is back! With a mix of live and online events, you’ll be able to either enjoy the lively festival atmosphere at the venue or witness the star-studded virtual line-up at the comfort of your living room (while cosying up in your favourite reading chair). Also, this year’s theme of ‘Present Tense/Future Perfect’  delves into the world of health and climate change, as well as explores humanity and inequality through a blend of fiction and non-fiction. If short stories are your thing, you’ll be happy to know that Pulitzer prize winner, Jhumpa Lahiri, will also be there with her recently edited book “The Penguin Book of Italian Short Stories”!
