Introduction To Solids Workshop

Here’s one for our new mamas (welcome to the fam!). Starting your baby on solid foods can be a challenge, and this 1-hour webinar by the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust in the UK is here help those who are not sure where to start. From the first foods to try to how to feed your baby safely, this interactive workshop will cover a wide range of topics to make sure you’re ready when the time comes.

Time: 9pm to 10pm (Tuesday sessions), 6pm to 7pm (Thursday sessions)
