Meditation is a wonderful way to bond with your child. At this class, both you and your little bud will get the chance to have a spiritual journey to strengthen the connection between the two of you. The masterclass is designed for children between 8 and 14 years old and created to combine both movement and sitting practice so as not to bore the younger participants.
