From strength-building to body coordination, this upcoming toddler yoga workshop is here to introduce the little ones to the amazing benefits of yoga. On top of fun exercises and games, this workshop is also a wonderful opportunity for mamas and their little ones to enjoy some quality bonding time!
Kids between 1 to 3 years old are welcome and no prior yoga experience is required (from both the little ones and mamas of course!). Don’t forget to bring your own mat.
Time: 10am to 11am
