Balance Health is offering teens ages 12-14 an 8-week mindfulness workshop that meets on Mondays from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm that encourages life-learning techniques to help your children to create space, to change impulsive reactions to thoughtful responses, and to be calm when before there may have been stress. Instructor Angie Bucu will teach the class through short meditations and breath work, games and activities, movement (yoga), and stories around the theme of each lesson. In addition students will learn activities to take home and show their family members.
