Understanding Caeserean Delivery

Matilda International Hospital have launched a caesarean-specific topic to the Antenatal Class series. Priority is given to ladies delivering at Matilda, though ladies booked at other hospitals are also welcome.

Women opting for normal delivery are recommended to take the 10-hour Understanding Normal Delivery Course. This antenatal course will cover topics from body changes during pregnancy, choices of pain relief, breathing techniques, induction of labour, emergency caeserean delivery to breastfeeding and postnatal care.

Both antenatal courses help prepare pregnant women, and their partners, for the delivery experience.

The course is from 9.30am-1.30pm.
