Water kefir and milk kefir are similar to Kombucha and so healthy for your gut (and your taste buds too!) However, water kefit and milk kefit are easier to make and ferment much faster (perfect for your daily basis home brewing!). Come join the class where you will learn how to make your own successful batch! You will take home both starters (water and milk kefir grains) that you can repeatably use, a recipe sheet, plus a bottle of each kefir to take home and enjoy.
