The Women’s Five is more than just a run. It’s a journey of fitness health and inspiration that ends in a 5K run. When joining our events – you can choose to join the tribe, and take part in a five-week health and fitness program and then do the 5K run. Or just do our awesome 5K run where all women join together to celebrate their strength and weakness of training!
Participants may enter as individuals or in teams of 2.
