A burger so juicy and meaty, you’d never know it was vegan unless you read the ingredients

Green Common is bringing Beyond Burger to Hong Kong. We’re just going to come right out and say it, this burger was beyond our wildest dreams! It not only tastes like a ground beef patty, it smells like one too! Quite honestly, it could even be better because it contains 20 grams of protein and two times the amount of iron as red meat, is vegan and Buddhist friendly (meaning it contains no onions or garlic). It has no cholesterol, but is still juicy and meaty and has that same mouth-watering smell that comes from grilling up fresh ground beef burgers. Super healthy and tastes like biting into the meatiest of burgers, what more could you ask for!?

The burger recently launched on Friday, 7 April at Green Common Harbour City and Green Common Landmark locations. The Beyond Burger is being sold for $78 and includes a 4oz Beyond Burger patty, vegan bun, fresh sliced tomato, and lettuce. If you’re really feeling like indulging, you can order the Beyond Burger Plus for $108, which includes everything the Beyond Burger has plus avocado and Daiya vegan cheese #getinmybelly!

As if this doesn’t already sound amazing enough, starting Friday, 21 April you can buy Beyond Burger Patties in a pack of 2 for $75 at all Green Common store locations to bring the deliciousness home.

INGREDIENTS⠀
4 6-ounce salmon fillets⠀
½ cup butter, melted⠀
3 cloves garlic⠀
½ lemon, juiced⠀
Salt, to taste⠀
Pepper, to taste⠀
4 cups broccoli florets⠀
Olive oil⠀
¼ cup parmesan cheese⠀
Parsley, to garnish⠀
⠀
PREPARATION⠀
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.⠀
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.⠀
Lay salmon fillets on a pan, and evenly distribute the marinade.⠀
Place broccoli on both sides of the salmon, and drizzle on olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan.⠀
Bake 18 minutes. Garnish with parsley.⠀
