Helpers and Babes Clinic for Working Mamas

The ladies over at Annerley are so clever – they’ve come up with a great new idea: a special helpers and babies session on Wednesday mornings at their clinic from 10am-12pm. Your helper can bring your baby with her to have a quick consultation and weight check, and also the opportunity to chat about baby’s routine, play and development. The sessions are led by the fabulous Donna Watts (above), who was actually my scheduled health visitor when I first had E and who I cannot recommend highly enough.

As well as the chance to check baby’s progress, it’s a great opportunity for your helper to connect with other helpers taking care of similar-aged babies to get support and make new friends!

Each session will be themed around a set topic, according to the following schedule:

Wednesday 9th March: Appropriate Stimulation for Babies
Wednesday 1th March: Sleep and Routines
Wednesday 23rd March: Weaning onto Solid Foods – How and When?
Wednesday 30th March: Out and About with Babies – Where to go and what to do?
Wednesday 9th April: The Crying Baby

Sessions cost HK160 and you can either RSVP in advance or just have your helper drop in on the day.
