This week Instant Goddess has started to feel the chill, and so has turned her attention to winter warmers. Christmas jumpers are the order of the day… but hold the comedy reindeer! We’re thinking more along the lines of “throw on a wooly and be instantly warmer, but also instantly glam!”. Very Instant Goddess! First up is all that glitters… check out the wonderful sparklers above for that touch of party season glam.

Midweek Meal Inspiration
This week I give you; Vegetable Mulligatawny Soup. Billed by the UK’s Channel 4 as “Just the thing to fill you up on a chilly winter evening – leaving you feeling completely satisfied” this made me laugh as it’s a comparatively toasty 19 degrees outside as I write this; however some members of the Instant Goddess household are shivering – apart from the 3 year old who doesn’t feel the cold unless it involves a fashion op to wear something soft, fluffy, furry or fleecy… that’s my girl.
Weighing in at a mere 182cals per serve, this soup would even make the 5:2 fasters happy on a cold winter’s night!
