Hong Kong’s celebrity actors are coming to your home!
Have you always fancied yourself an actor? Brush up your hidden talent from the comfort of your home with online actor training from My Intelligent Tutor (MyIT). The company is owned and operated by Train The Teacher, an independent HK-based organisation that offers teacher training, lessons at home and online for adults and young learners. These classes for adults include acting, anchoring TV news and creative writing, all led by experts in their fields. Classes for young learners cover a full range of school subjects.
So who will be your trainer for this unique course? None other than celebrity actor, Gregory Rivers (aka 河國榮 ), who combines his Australian roots with the love of his adopted home, Hong Kong, for a culturally diverse learning experience. He will be joined by one of Hong Kong’s lead actresses J.Arie (J). Group attendees will receive a short dialogue before the event and during the event, as Gregory and Jay guide the participants with tips and modelling on how to act out the dialogue in the participants’ own special way. One or two lucky participants will have an opportunity to go live on-screen and receive feedback from Gregory and J.Arie. After the event, you can also post a 2-minute video to [email protected] and on payment of a fee, you will receive personalised feedback and analysis from Gregory on your acting!
