It’s back to school soon, which means time for kids to set the brain wheels in motion and crack down on academics once again! But we mamas know it’s not all about arithmetic and analytics — creative arts are just as essential to well-rounded child development and that’s why we recommend checking out Kids’ Gallery’s back-to-school offerings! In celebration of 18 years of innovation in the field, this creative arts school is hosting an array of fantastic new courses this autumn, so don’t miss out on their Open Day on Sunday, 31 August to explore all the new offerings!

Championing arts education to Hong Kong youth for the past 18 years, Kids’ Gallery started as a small studio and has now grown to be part of the KG Group, which includes Kids’ Gallery, Star English, Face Productions and Mills International Preschool. They’re continually diversifying their range of extra-curricular classes and workshops, and we’re pretty excited for what’s in store for the upcoming school year!

So what’s new? For budding brainiacs, Kids’ Gallery has recently launched a new series of logic and reasoning workshops focusing on enhancing problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as… (gasp!) FROZEN singing workshops! Yes, we know you’ve been treated to many ear-splitting renditions of the FROZEN soundtrack by now, so why not let your kids harness all that enthusiasm into a real musical workshop where they can learn to sing (in tune!) and re-enact their favourite scenes? Registration is still open for the 23 August class, so enroll now!

Other courses at Kids’ Gallery cover everything from ballet to musical theatre to arts & crafts and storytime. They also host multiple playgroups for little kids to start exploring the world with group time and free play! Classes at Kids’ Gallery start from playgroups for 12 month olds to kids’ classes up to 9 years old, so you’re sure to find something to fit your munchkin’s interests and age. Classes for older kids include jazz, tap dance, speech and drama and singing, and the list just goes on, mama!
