Rugby is in this city’s DNA, and while we’re reliably informed that you can never be too small for the Sevens (South Stand aside!), there’s something a little more age-appropriate on offer at RugBees. With classes available for boys and girls alike from toddlers up to 4years, experienced coaches help your little scrum-half develop motor and social skills whilst drawing on the principles of rugby.
January sees a brand new Underwater Explorer theme (other themes include Space Crusaders, Fun in the Farm and Jungle Adventurer), and as this is a non-contact activity, they’ll burn off their excess energy in a safe and structured way. Sessions last for approximately 40-45 minutes so small legs won’t get overtired and there are always healthy snacks on offer too. Most important of all, RugBees classes are brilliant, active fun – they’ll know their lineouts from their knock-ons in no time! Want more info? Check out Kate’s full review of RugBees here.
With 10 venues around Hong Kong, you can opt for the 9-class package at HK$1900 or 11 classes at HK$2100, plus a one-off HK$250 registration fee, which covers the cost of the super-cute training kit, bag and activity books, where they’ll collect stickers and stamps at each session.
SASSY MAMA DEAL: But it just wouldn’t be Sassy Mama without a great deal for you! The first 5 new customers who enroll on an 11-class package for the January-March 2013 term will have their HK$250 registration fee waived. We predict this one will fly off the shelf, so make sure you snag your spot by emailing [email protected] and quoting ‘Sassy Dec 12 offer’ sooner rather than later!
