Goodbye spring, hello summer! We’ve rounded up some perfect activities for the kids (and the kids at heart) this June.
School’s almost out and that means you need to think of lots of things to do and places to be for the entire summer holidays. So we’ve got your kids’ activities covered, whether you have tiny tots or teenagers. With everything from concerts and theatre performances, to Father’s Day activities and even an ANI-COM exhibition, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained during the school break!
Off the page and straight to the stage! The classic children’s book by Eric Carle has been turned into a piece of live action theatre and will be performed right here in the city, as a way of celebrating 50 years of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Featuring 75 puppets from other Eric Carle stories such as Brown Bear, 10 Little Rubber Ducks and The Very Lonely Firefly, it’s sure to be a hit for both kids (aged 2 and above!) and adults alike. It’s an hour long with no interval, so make sure potty breaks are taken beforehand!
