Sam made the switch from sous chef to food and technology copywriter after moving to Hong Kong from London in 2017. Wherever food and technology intersect, he wants to write about it. He still tries to get behind the stove at any opportunity and loves nothing more than exploring Hong Kong's eclectic food scene and culture.
