Island Shangri La Hong Kong

If you prefer a buffet-style experience with your family, head to cafe TOO at Island Shangri-La from Wednesday, 10 to Saturday 13 February 2024 where you’ll find a range of local delights. At only $698 per person for lunch and $868 per person for dinner, it will feature delicacies such as the Lo Hei, Fried Shrimp in Salted Egg Yolk, Braised Pork Knuckles and more. Shang Palace’s Chinese New Year set menus are perfect for families who love culinary adventures. Made using the finest ingredients, each dish has profound symbolic meanings. Highlights include the Braised Whole Eight-Head Abalone with Goose Web, the delicately Steamed Marble Garoupa with Soya Sauce, and the Cantonese-style Crispy Chicken with Spicy Lotus Root Chip.
