At only $698 per person for lunch and $868 per person for dinner, it will feature delicacies such as the Lo Hei, Fried Shrimp in Salted Egg Yolk, Braised Pork Knuckles and more. Kowloon Shangri-La – Special set menus, Chinese New Year buffets and festive goodies

Shang Palace’s Chinese New Year set menus are perfect for families who love culinary adventures. Made using the finest ingredients, each dish has profound symbolic meanings. Highlights include the Braised Whole Eight-Head Abalone with Goose Web, the delicately Steamed Marble Garoupa with Soya Sauce, and the Cantonese-style Crispy Chicken with Spicy Lotus Root Chip.
